When I found most granolas available on the market to be overly sweet and often stale, I started making my own. That was in 2010. These days, Thailand seems overpopulated with granolas. Foodies like me can find it slightly frustrating to see the same product being made again and again. However, thanks to certain diets such as Paleo, it challenged me to bake “granola” that is suitable for those seeking grain-free alternatives. This new hybrid is made from vegetables. I named it “Palenola”.
